Beyond the film, we want this to be a movement to challenge gender limits on our expectations of what men and women should do and can do. In addition to female breadwinners and at-home dads, we explore issues relevant to working moms, and modern dads, topics like feminism, new masculinity, modern parenting, gender roles, gender bias, gender equality, and gender parity.
This is an independent film driven by women filmmakers—a female director, a female photographer-in-chief—and crowdfunded by a majority of female funders.
